Upload vaccine documentation
Columbia University requires all students to receive the primary series of COVID-19 vaccines and one booster dose. Students can register for compliance with these requirements via the Columbia Health Portal. Faculty and staff can also do so through the COVID-19 website. Both methods require the submission of vaccine documentation. Students who do not submit the required documentation will be considered non-compliant and may be denied registration to classes in the future.
Students must upload their vaccine documentation by August 1 to begin enrollment. Failure to do so will prevent them from moving into a residence hall or registering for fall classes on the designated registration day. Graduate, law and medical students must also upload their vaccination documentation to comply. If you have insurance, you should submit the necessary documents before registering for classes in the fall.
Book appointments
The Columbia Health Portal lets you schedule appointments online for various health care services. You can find out if a physician or specialist accepts your insurance and view their schedule. You can also check in for appointments and get your results online. Visit your provider's profile page to book appointments and click on the "Book Online" link.
Pay bills
If you have an account with the Columbia University Health System, you can manage your payments and make payments online using the Columbia Health Portal. The Columbia Health Portal is a secure website where students and authorized payers can pay their bills online. Columbia University does not mail paper bills to students and strongly recommends that you make your payment online. If you live outside the United States, you can also use a wire transfer to make your payment.
After you've logged in, you can start paying your bills online. The process is secure and easy to use. The best part is you can do it from anywhere as long as you have access to the internet. Just be sure to have your statement on hand containing your account information.
